Well, I'm finally back from maternity leave and boy it feels good to work again! Here is a fun little enclosure card I created recently for a sweet little boy (and his mommy).
It's just around the corner (August 13, 2011) and these fun invitations just went out publicizing the tournament's new bigger and better facility. Last year the tournament drew close to 60 teams all dressed up in hilarious costumes, it was a blast. Over the last 3 years the Wheeler Benefit Foundation has been able to donate over $70,000 to charities in Hampton Roads. Dr. Zach Stroud and Dr. Rocco Molinaro have launched The Investment MD after feeling like there was not one central place online or in print that could answer their specific questions about handling their individual finances as med students (and later as doctors). When they did find some help, it often was not tailored specifically to physicians which led to the launch of this web site that provides investment know-how and advice specifically for MDs.
They approached me about designing a brand identity for them which I had a great time creating. I think the solution marries together both investing and the medicinal career world.
